Rocketbook How To Add Multiple Locations To 1 Symbol

One of the great features of the Rocketbook smart notebook is its system of reusable, cloud-connected pages that can be used with any pen. However, a lesser-known yet incredibly useful function is the ability to map multiple destinations with a single symbol. This advanced feature lets you streamline your note-taking and organization process, saving you time and effort. Here's a handy guide on how to add multiple locations to one symbol on your Rocketbook.

First, make sure you have your Rocketbook Core or Fusion notebook, along with the Rocketbook app downloaded on your smartphone or tablet. Open the Rocketbook app and select the notebook you want to work with.

To add multiple destinations to a single symbol, you'll need to create a custom "destination" by combining your desired locations. Start by tapping on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the app to access the menu. From there, choose the "Destinations" option.

Once you're in the Destinations menu, select "Add a Destination" and choose the type of destination you want to add – whether it's an email address, a cloud service like Google Drive or Evernote, or a specific folder within a service.

Next, give your custom destination a distinct name for easy reference. For example, if you want to send notes to both your personal email and a shared work folder, you can name it "Personal & Work" or any other label that makes sense to you.

After naming your custom destination, you'll be prompted to enter the email addresses, cloud storage accounts, or specific folders you want to link to that destination. Simply input the required information for each location you wish to include.

Now comes the key step: assigning a symbol to your custom destination. Choose a symbol that you'll use in your Rocketbook notebook to indicate that the content should be sent to these specific locations. For example, you might choose the star symbol to represent your "Personal & Work" destination.

In your Rocketbook notebook, draw or write the symbol you selected – in this case, the star – at the top of a page or next to your notes. When you scan that page using the Rocketbook app, it will recognize the symbol and automatically send the content to all the locations you specified in your custom destination.

With this simple yet powerful technique, you can enhance your productivity and organization by efficiently managing your notes and data across multiple platforms. Experiment with different combinations of destinations and symbols to create a personalized system that works best for your workflow. Rocketbook's flexibility and versatility make it a valuable tool for anyone looking to optimize their note-taking process.
